The Texture Room hair and body is excited to reopen on Monday, May 18th! Please note that to implement the necessary safety measures to protect our valued guests and team, the personal nature of our business will temporarily be altered in the following ways:

Upon your arrival, we will be taking forehead temperatures from everyone to ensure your safety and all other guests in our salon.

At this time, no handshakes or hugs for us either please!

​

All guests MUST wear a mask that hooks behind the ears

(all staff members will be required to wear a mask as well).

We will do our best to apply your hair color without it getting on your mask.

It would be best to use a disposable mask if you are concerned with hair color stains.

 

You must come alone to your appointment. If someone comes with you, they will need to wait outside or in your vehicle.

 

Please bring your own beverage, we will not be providing any at this time.

 

When you come in for your appointment, you will go right to the styling chair with your stylist. You may be asked to wait in your vehicle if their chair is not ready for you at the moment. We will NOT have you change into color robes; we will be using styling capes as usual (which are always washed between uses).

 

Toward the end of your service, your stylist may begin the checkout process in the stylist chair. We will total your service, add gratuity and add your home care products (we will gather them for you and bag them up).

We are requesting cards only for payment opposed to cash or check for the time being.
